Спустя десять лет Шин [神郷 慎] и Джун Канзато [神郷 洵] возвращаются в Аянаги, небольшой прибрежный городок, где живёт их старший брат Рё [神郷 諒], шеф местной полиции. Рё находит следы людей, как-то связанных с этим, и полностью уходит в работу, игнорируя младших братьев. Шину снятся странные сны, и в итоге, попав в выходящие за все рамки обстоятельства, когда ему угрожает опасность, он пробуждает в себе нечто, называемое «Персона».

The stage is Ayanagi City, a city near the Japan Sea. It is a futuristic city that was built to carry out the recovery from the calamity caused by the "Apathy Syndrome" ten years previous. High school student Shin Kanzato with his little brother Jun, meet with their elder brother Ryou, who is the chief of the Ayanagi City Police, again after ten years.
